Low-season (November - April) 69,-  Euro
For each additional guest bed (max. 2) 15,-  Euro
+ Final cleaning (all seasons) 45,-  Euro

*Easter (22-29 March 2008) & Christmas / New Year's Eve (20 December 2008 - 03 January 2009)

Prices include electricity, gas and heating as well as weekly fresh bed linen and towels.
Please note that we can only accept reservations for a minimum of 3 nights (low season) or entire weeks (high season).
High Speed Internet Access is provided (you need to bring a WLAN capable Laptop).

The apartment is equipped with a shower, satellite-TV and a fully furnished kitchen (for example an italian and a classical coffeemachine).
You are also welcome to make full use of the terrace including sun loungers and outside fireplace.

Methods of payment

Please note that a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% is payable for all reservations.

  • Reservations will be held for a week until deposit is received.
  • The remainder of the cost of the stay is due 4 weeks before arrival.
